They missed six Championships and 610 consecutive sellouts. The current sellout streak is 90 games.

*Reminder: In 2001 thousands of people bought season tickets to watch the newly drafted “Baby Bulls” Eddy Curry and Tyson Chandler. The roster, filled out by luminaries like Ron Mercer, Marcus Fizer, and led by veteran Jalen Rose went on to perform miserably for years. Bulls management in it’s wisdom shipped Elton Brand, former rookie of the year and all-star, to the Clippers for the rights to Tyson Chandler where he continued to play all-star ball. After underachieving in Chicago for years, Chandler has finally found a home on a contender in New Orleans while Curry terrorizes Burger Kings across New York State. This is the history we should be trying not to repeat. My advice - season tickets will still be available in 2009 and 2010. Hold your horses.
